Bed bug spray for mattresses MAMO with 0.4% permethrin — a product for treating mattresses, sofas, pillows and blankets against bed bugs, lice, fleas, midges, mosquitoes and other insects. It destroys insects on the sleeping surface and protects treated items from them. The product is intended only for surfaces, without skin contact. A 500 ml bottle with a trigger sprayer is convenient when you need to treat several sleeping areas at once: in an apartment, dormitory, barracks or bunker.

What insects it protects against

Permethrin is a contact insecticide: an insect dies after contact with a treated surface. The spray destroys and protects against:

• bed bugs;
• lice;
• fleas;
• midges;
• mosquitoes.

Permethrin 0.4% — concentration for sleeping areas: higher than in spray for linens and clothing (0.2%), and lower than in product for walls and floors (1.0%).

What to treat

• Mattresses — on both sides, especially seams, edges and folds.
• Sofas — upholstery, seams and space under cushions. The spray also works as a flea treatment for sofas.
• Pillows and blankets. As a lice spray for bedding, the product is applied to fabric; it is not intended for hair and scalp.

How to use bed bug spray for mattresses

Treating a mattress for bed bugs consists of several steps.

1. Remove bedding, take children and animals out of the room.
2. Spray the product onto the surface from a distance of 30–40 cm until lightly moistened. Thoroughly treat seams, folds and edges of the mattress.
3. Allow the surface to dry completely. Use the product only in well-ventilated rooms.
4. After drying, put on clean bedding.
5. If insects appear again, repeat the treatment.

Composition and characteristics

• Composition (INCI): Permethrin — 0.4%, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate-80, Ethanol, Aqua.
• Volume: 500 ml, bottle with trigger sprayer.
• Storage: in a dry place inaccessible to children, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.

Warnings

• Do not apply to skin. Do not inhale aerosol.
• Children and animals must not be present in the room during treatment.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Individual intolerance to components is possible.
• If it gets in the eyes — immediately rinse with plenty of water. If irritation appears on the skin — stop use and rinse the affected area with water and soap solution. In all cases, seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not spray near open flame and switched-on heating devices: the product contains ethanol.
• Do not allow cats to contact treated surfaces until completely dry! Permethrin is toxic to cats even with external contact: contact with fur, skin or licking.
