Bed bug spray MAMO with 0.4% permethrin — a product in a 250 ml bottle for treating mattresses, sofas, pillows and blankets. In addition to bed bugs, it destroys lice, fleas, midges, mosquitoes and other insects and protects treated surfaces from them. The product is applied to items and furniture, not to the body: it is designed for use without skin contact.

Where bed bugs hide and what to treat

Bed bugs stay near the sleeping area: in seams and folds of the mattress, sofa joints, under upholstery. These are the areas to treat first:

• mattress — seams, edges, folds, both sides;
• sofa — upholstery, joints, space under pillows. This is both a bed bug treatment for sofas and a flea spray for soft furniture;
• pillows and blankets — treatment of pillows and blankets against lice, fleas and other insects.

Permethrin is a contact insecticide: an insect dies after contact with the treated surface.

How to use bed bug spray

Permethrin spray for mattresses and sofas is ready to use, no dilution is needed.

1. Remove bedding, take children and animals out of the room.
2. Spray the product on the surface from a distance of 30–40 cm until lightly moistened.
3. Let dry. Use only in well-ventilated rooms.
4. After completely dry, put on clean bedding.
5. If insects appear again, repeat the treatment.

The 250 ml bottle is convenient to keep at home or take with you — on business trips, rotations, to the dacha. When you need to treat several sleeping areas, there is a 500 ml bottle.

Composition and characteristics

• Composition (INCI): Permethrin — 0.4%, Propylene Glycol, Polysorbate-80, Ethanol, Aqua.
• Volume: 250 ml, bottle with trigger sprayer.
• Storage: in a dry place inaccessible to children, protected from direct sunlight, at a temperature of +5°C to +30°C.
• Shelf life: 60 months from the date of manufacture, 12 months after first use.

Warnings

• Do not apply to skin. Do not inhale aerosol.
• Children and animals should not be in the room during treatment.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Individual intolerance to components is possible.
• If it gets in the eyes — immediately rinse with plenty of water. If irritation appears on the skin — stop use and rinse the affected area with water and soap solution. In all cases, seek medical attention immediately.
• Do not spray near open flame and switched-on heating devices: the product contains ethanol.
• Do not allow cats to contact treated surfaces until completely dry! Permethrin is toxic to cats even with external contact: getting on fur, skin or when licked.

What is the difference between 0.4% and 1.0% spray?
0.4% spray is for sleeping areas. 1.0% spray (250 ml, 500 ml) is a professional product for walls, floors, furniture and blinds. For bedding and clothing there is 0.2% spray (100 ml, 250 ml).
