Permethrin Shampoo EXTRA (0.5% permethrin) 250 ml

Shampoo for lice and nits MAMO EXTRA with 0.5% permethrin is designed for hair and scalp. Apply to damp hair, leave for 15–20 minutes and rinse with plenty of water. A 250 ml bottle with a dispenser is convenient when treatment is needed for several people — a family, group or unit.

Who this lice and nit shampoo is for

Permethrin shampoo MAMO EXTRA — a remedy for head lice for adults and children from 6 years old. You will need it:

• for families when a child brings lice from school or camp;
• for military personnel and volunteers in field conditions;
• for those living in a dormitory, barracks or other crowded living space.

Permethrin is a contact insecticide, so the lice shampoo must stay on the hair for 15–20 minutes. For the nit remedy to work completely, after rinsing, comb the hair with a fine-tooth comb.

Instructions for use

1. Apply shampoo to damp hair.
2. Distribute evenly over the scalp.
3. Leave for 15–20 minutes.
4. Rinse with plenty of water.
5. Comb hair with a fine-tooth comb to remove dead lice and nits.

Composition and characteristics

• Composition (INCI): Permethrin — 0.5%, Ethanol, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Aqua.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Do not use for children under 6 years.
• Use only in well-ventilated areas.
• Do not use to treat scabies without consulting a doctor.
• Avoid contact with eyes, mouth and mucous membranes. Individual intolerance to components is possible.
• If it gets in the eyes — immediately rinse with plenty of water. If skin irritation appears — stop use and rinse the affected area with water and soap solution. In all cases, seek medical attention immediately.
• While the shampoo is on the hair, keep away from open flames and heating devices: the composition contains ethanol.
• Do not allow contact with cats! Permethrin is toxic to cats even with external use — if it gets on fur, skin or is licked off.
