- After placing an order, our manager will send the invoice to your email.
- Payment must be made within 3 banking days
Note:
- If you pay for your order by bank transfer, we will ship it after the funds are credited to our account.
- You can collect your paid order by presenting the original power of attorney or the company’s official seal
Nova Poshta Delivery
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the express waybill number.
Your order will be stored at the branch free of charge for 5 business days. On the 6th day it will be automatically returned.
Note:
- All products are inspected and insured for their full value before shipping.
- Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta every 3–5 days. Requests received later are processed the following day.
- When receiving your parcel, you must check the goods at the Nova Poshta branch in the presence of their staff.
- If the packaging is damaged or the goods have mechanical defects, please call: +38 (073) 324 00 00. For store partners, an individual delivery schedule applies.
Ukrposhta
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the express waybill number. Your order will be stored at the branch free of charge for 7 business days.
Note:
- Orders are shipped every Thursday upon prepayment.
Cash on delivery with Nova Poshta or Ukrposhta, as well as bank transfer payments, are available for orders starting from 300 UAH. If these payment methods are more convenient for you, please increase your order amount. Thank you for your understanding.
