• On the website via secure payment services: WayForPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
• To the courier of Nova Poshta (available not in all cities of Ukraine; please check with the contact center: 0-800-500-609).
• At a Nova Poshta branch.
Cashless Payment
• For individuals — the invoice is generated automatically when this payment method is selected. You can download it from the website and pay without additional confirmation.
• For legal entities — VAT payers must contact a manager, who will send an invoice including VAT.
Payment for the order should be made within up to 3 banking days.
Note: Orders are shipped only after funds are received in our account. To receive the order, the original power of attorney or the company’s wet seal is required.
Delivery
Nova Poshta
• After shipment, you will receive a notification in Viber with the express waybill number.
• Orders are stored at the branch free of charge for 5 business days; on the 6th day, automatic return occurs.
• All products are checked and fully insured before shipment.
• Orders are shipped daily (Monday–Friday). In case of a large number of orders, shipping may take up to 5 business days.
• Upon receipt, please check the goods in the presence of the Nova Poshta employee.
• In case of damaged packaging or mechanical defects, call: +38 (073) 324 00 00.
• Individual delivery schedules are available for store partners.
Ukrposhta
• Shipments are made every Thursday with 100% prepayment.
• Notification with the express waybill number is sent after shipment.
• Orders are stored at the branch for 7 business days.
Important!
• Cash on delivery (Nova Poshta) and cashless payments are available for orders from UAH 300.
• If you choose these payment methods, please increase your order amount accordingly.
