MAMO water-repellent impregnation — a product for protecting hiking boots, trekking and everyday footwear, as well as equipment (backpacks, cases, rain capes, jackets, gloves) from water, snow and dirt. After application, an invisible hydrophobic layer based on silicone resin and silicone wax forms on the surface: water and wet snow roll off in droplets, dirt does not embed in the fibers, footwear stays dry longer and is easier to clean.
The product does not contain fluorinated compounds (PFAS), does not change the color and texture of the material and does not impair the breathability of membranes, so it is suitable for membrane footwear and clothing. A mechanical sprayer (not an aerosol) provides even application without propellants.

Do not use on patent leather, PVC and fur. Before first use, test on an inconspicuous area.

Instructions for use
- Clean the product from dirt and dry completely.
- Shake the bottle.
- Spray from a distance of 15–20 cm until the surface is evenly and lightly moistened.
- Apply 2 thin layers with an interval of 30–60 minutes.
- Full effect — within 12–24 hours, so treat shoes the day before going out.
- Renew treatment every 2–3 weeks, as well as after cleaning and washing.
Consumption
25–100 ml/m² depending on the material. A 100 ml bottle is enough for 4–6 pairs of boots, 250 ml — for 10–15 pairs.

Do not spray near open flame and heated surfaces. Store under lock. Dispose of contents and packaging in accordance with applicable legislation.

Can membrane footwear be treated?
Yes. The product does not compromise membrane breathability and does not change the texture of the material.
Will the footwear become completely waterproof?
The impregnation makes the surface water-repellent: water beads off, the material does not get wet and does not become heavier. This is not a replacement for a sealed membrane — with prolonged exposure to water, protection is limited by seams and shoe construction.
Does it change the color of suede and nubuck?
After drying, the color and texture do not change. On light materials, first test on an inconspicuous area.
