- Payment must be made within 3 banking days
Note:
- If you pay for your order by bank transfer, we will ship it after the funds are credited to our account.
- You can collect your paid order by presenting the original power of attorney or the company’s official seal
Nova Poshta Delivery
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the express waybill number.
Your order will be stored at the branch free of charge for 5 business days. On the 6th day it will be automatically returned.
Note:
- All products are inspected and insured for their full value before shipping.
- Orders are shipped via Nova Poshta every 3–5 days. Requests received later are processed the following day.
- When receiving your parcel, you must check the goods at the Nova Poshta branch in the presence of their staff.
- If the packaging is damaged or the goods have mechanical defects, please call: +38 (073) 324 00 00. For store partners, an individual delivery schedule applies.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with the express waybill number. Your order will be stored at the branch free of charge for 7 business days.
