Construction

Fixed with full tang. Full-tang construction with fixed blade guarantees strength, reliability and resistance to intensive loads. The knife withstands significant loads. The knife has a full-tang construction — the blade and tang are made from a single piece of steel. This construction provides maximum knife strength and high load resistance. A full-tang knife better withstands power work, chopping and intensive use in field conditions.

Steel and hardening

Stainless steel 1.4116 (5 mm) hardened to 57 HRC. The blade undergoes thermal cycling and cryogenic treatment. The steel is durable, the cutting edge retains its sharpness for a long time, while the knife can be sharpened in field conditions without special tools. The blade is made of stainless steel 1.4116 — a popular steel for military and tourist knives.

The blade hardness is 57 HRC, which provides a balance between strength and durability of the cutting edge. The 5 mm blade thickness makes the knife extremely durable and allows it to be used for power work.

Unique blade shape

Two cutting edges connected at a certain angle. This gives special strength to the tip, which withstands serious mechanical loads. The “tooth” they form acts as a pressure concentrator and provides excellent chopping properties. It easily penetrates even very dense material. The knife blade has complex geometry with two cutting edges connected at a certain angle. This construction creates a force concentrator on impact and significantly enhances the knife’s chopping properties.

Wide concave grinds

Increase the contact surface of the blade with the material and provide a powerful cutting blow. Thanks to the wide concave grinds, the knife has a powerful cutting blow and works well when chopping.

Special tip

Diamond-shaped with a frontal edge. Easily pierces very dense materials, cutting everything in its path like a guillotine. The tip shape allows easy penetration into dense materials.

Lower edge in the shape of a scythe

The curve of the blade increases the actual length of the cutting edge and with a power cut causes devastating damage. Combined with wide concave grinds, the knife enters the material with its entire edge and across the full width of the blade. The curved portion of the lower cutting edge increases the length of contact between the edge and the material, making power cuts more effective.

Handle

Textured ABS plastic. Provides reliable and comfortable grip. Scales are fastened with screws (can be tightened independently). A hole for a lanyard is provided. The handle is equipped with textured ABS plastic scales. The material provides a reliable grip even in wet conditions or when working in gloves. The scales are secured with screws, so they can be tightened or replaced if necessary. The ergonomic shape of the handle allows confident control of the knife during work and reduces hand fatigue. At the end of the handle there is a hole for a lanyard.

Sheath

Made of nylon, equipped with a loop for convenient attachment to a belt or gear, as well as a MOLLE system. The knife comes with a durable nylon sheath that provides safe transportation and quick access to the knife.

UNIQUENESS OF THE REVENGE BLADE

This shape of the REVENGE tip was chosen for a reason. It fully realized the goal — to cause devastating damage to the opponent. If you measure its width at the protruding points, it is about 5 cm. Since in dynamics the knife never enters perfectly straight, but always with some deviation, it creates a wide wound channel of 5 cm. Everything that the frontal cutting edge encounters on its path — dense equipment, fabrics, vessels — is cut without much effort.

The length of REVENGE also has a clear justification. At the time of knife creation, we had already practiced knife fighting for many years and developed our own standard training model — 30 cm. After all, this length is ideal for implementing our knife fighting technique:

• If the knife is longer than 30 cm — this is already fencing with blade parrying
• If shorter — there is a need to add hand-to-hand combat, which we try to avoid.

ATTENTION! The Revenge knife is poorly suited for close knife fighting. The knife is designed for use in extreme survival situations and is less convenient for close knife fighting. The REVENGE military knife is an ideal knife for survival, for heavy work and performing complex power tasks. Using it as a secondary weapon in modern conditions may be inconvenient.
