Dielectric protection for MAMO DRONE connectors, 50 ml
229.00 грн
Liquid silicone dielectric protection for XT30/XT60/XT90 contacts, balance connectors, SMA antennas, USB and battery terminals from moisture, salt and oxidation. Invisible film does not conduct current and does not change contact resistance, does not freeze. 1–2 drops on a clean connector, 3 minutes — and you can connect; refresh after water or every 10–15 connections. Dropper 50 ml — up to 500 connectors.
per item:
Dielectric protection of connectors for MAMO DRONE drones — liquid silicone protection of electrical connections of UAVs and ground equipment from moisture, salt and oxidation. After the solvent evaporates, a thin invisible silicone film remains on the contacts: water and salt roll off, oxidation does not begin, and when connected, the contacts push through the film — current flows as through a clean contact.
For power connectors XT30/XT60/XT90, balance and signal, antenna SMA/MMCX, USB, battery terminals. 50 ml dropper bottle with first opening control: 1–2 drops per connector, up to 500 treatments.
Advantages
- Invisible silicone film displaces moisture and does not allow salt to pass through
- Dielectric: does not conduct current, does not change contact resistance
- Does not freeze — works in any frost
- Withstands 10–15 connection cycles after a single application
- Dropper: precise dosing, nothing leaks
- 50 ml — up to 500 connectors
- Shelf life 36 months
Application method
- Disconnect power.
- Clean the connector (recommended “Dry Contact Cleaner MAMO DRONE”), let it dry.
- Apply 1–2 drops to the contacts, distribute with a stick or connector joint.
- Allow 3 minutes for solvent evaporation. Can be connected immediately.
- Reapply after water contact or every 10–15 connection cycles. For storing drones and batteries in humid environments, treat all exposed connectors.
For which connectors. Power XT30/XT60/XT90, balance JST-XH, signal, antenna SMA/MMCX, USB, battery terminals, charging station contacts. Do not apply to optics, VTX heatsinks, powered boards, and future soldering areas. On antenna connectors, treat the threads and body; on the center contact — minimally.
Consumption. 1–2 drops (≈ 0.1 ml) per connector. 50 ml bottle — 400–500 connectors.
Composition: dimethicone 25–35 %, dearomatized hydrocarbon solvent 65–75 %.

Safety measures. Dangerous! May be fatal if swallowed and enters respiratory tract (H304). Causes serious eye irritation (H319). May cause drowsiness or dizziness (H336). Repeated exposure may cause skin dryness or cracking (EUH066). Do not swallow. IF SWALLOWED: seek medical attention immediately, do not induce vomiting. Do not apply to optics, VTX radiators, powered boards and future soldering areas. Avoid contact with eyes; if contact occurs, rinse with water. Keep away from children.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will contact resistance increase due to the silicone film?
The film is thin and soft — elastic XT and JST contacts push through it when connecting. Therefore, we recommend applying before connection and updating after 10–15 cycles, rather than more frequently.
How often to update?
After each contact with water (rain, snow, drops) or every 10–15 connections. For connectors stored in moisture — before storing.
Can the board be treated?
No. The product is for connectors and terminals. Boards — with conformal coating; keep solder points clean (“Dry”).
