Instructions for use

1. Make sure the lighter or soldering iron is off and cooled down. Flame regulator — to minimum.
2. Release remaining air from the reservoir: press the refill valve with an adapter or screwdriver for 10–15 seconds until it stops hissing.
3. Select an adapter that fits snugly on the valve and put it on the cylinder nozzle; for most turbo lighters, the nozzle fits directly.
4. Turn the cylinder upside down, press the nozzle to the valve and hold for 2–3 seconds; repeat 2–3 times with pauses. Soldering iron — one press for 5–10 seconds.
5. Wait 2–3 minutes, set the regulator to a quarter, ignite, then adjust the flame as needed.

Refuel at temperatures from +5 to +35 °C, away from fire and not immediately after the lighter has been used. When turning over a large cylinder, hold it with both hands — it is heavier than a pocket one, and the nozzle can easily break off the valve.

Safety

Extremely flammable pressurized aerosol. Store and refill away from open flame, sparks, heating appliances and sunlight; do not heat above +50 °C, do not leave in a car in the sun. Do not pierce or burn the canister even if empty. Do not spray on open flame or incandescent objects. Refill outdoors or in a ventilated room; do not inhale vapors, avoid contact with eyes and skin — liquefied gas causes frostbite. After refilling, wipe up spilled gas and wait until it evaporates before igniting. Do not overfill the lighter. Store vertically, in a place inaccessible to children; 300 ml of gas is a supply that should not be kept near a stove or oven.

100 ml or 300 ml?
100 ml — in a pocket, backpack, pouch: light, thin, for 15–25 refills. 300 ml — on a shelf at home, in a workshop, at a station: three times more gas for a lower price per milliliter, 45–75 refills. Gas and adapters are the same.

Will it fit my lighter?
If there is a refill valve at the bottom — yes, directly or through an adapter from the kit. Disposable lighters without a valve and gasoline lighters are not suitable.

Why is ultra-purified gas better than regular gas?
Regular lighter fluid contains impurities and oils that settle in the nozzle and valve — a turbo lighter smokes, sputters, and won’t ignite. Purified fuel burns completely and doesn’t clog the nozzle.

Lighter won’t ignite after refilling
Air wasn’t released before refilling; the gas is still cold — wait 2–3 minutes; regulator is at maximum — set it to a quarter. If it hisses but doesn’t burn — let it sit for a minute.

How long does an open canister last?
The canister is hermetic, the valve closes after each press — gas doesn’t escape. Shelf life is 5 years regardless of when you started using it; store vertically with the cap on.

Can this 220 g cylinder be refilled for a stove?
No. 220 g cylinders are disposable and not designed for refilling; this gas is for lighters and soldering irons with a refill valve.
