per item:
Gas burner Fire Bird Torch WS-503C with piezo ignition on a cartridge cylinder 220 g — the most common torch attachment in Ukraine: fits on a household cartridge cylinder and produces a directed turbulent flame up to 1300 °C with a length from 1 to 10 cm. The piezo ignition is made as a trigger under the index finger — press and work like with a gun; the flame length valve is a knurled wheel on the back of the body. Has no internal tank, so nothing to refill: the cylinder is empty — move the attachment to a new one. Consumption 80 g/hour, a 220 g cylinder lasts approximately 3 hours. Steel barrel with air intakes, brass nozzle, plastic body, weight about 150 g. Lighting barbecues, charcoal for hookah, bonfires and stoves; heat shrink, soldering wires and pipes, paint removal, thawing locks and pipes in winter.
The line includes two burner nozzles for the same cylinder: WS-503C with a trigger — lighter and cheaper, more convenient for ignition and household work; Torch WS-504C with a side button and metal head — for frequent workshop use. The cylinder for both, as well as for Kovar burners and Happy Home stove, — threaded RECTOR 220 g. The cylinder is not included in the kit.
For whom
- Grill, smoker, oven at the dacha: charcoal heats up in a minute without lighter fluid
- Hookah lounges, cafes, home hookah: charcoal ignition in 20–30 seconds
- Fighters and volunteers: ignite wet firewood in a barrel stove, shrink heat shrink tubing, thaw a lock — with one canister, same as for a stove
- Garage and workshop: soldering wires and copper pipes, removing old paint, thawing frozen pipes
- Tourists and fishermen: campfire in rain and wind without matches
Advantages
- Works from a 220 g cartridge — no refilling, no charging, no separate tank
- Turbo flame up to 1300 °C — ignites wet charcoal, melts solder
- Piezo ignition trigger under index finger — one-handed operation
- Smooth flame length adjustment from 1 to 10 cm
- Consumption 80 g/hour — approximately 3 hours from one cartridge
- Steel barrel with air intakes and brass nozzle — even flame without soot
- Approximately 150 g and 16.5 cm — fits in a pocket, glove compartment, pouch
- One cartridge for the stove, burner and attachment
Instructions for use
- Close the valve completely. Attach the nozzle to the 220 g cartridge: the cartridge protrusion — into the collet groove, turn until the latch clicks.
- Hold the cartridge vertically with the nozzle up or horizontally. Slightly open the valve, press the piezo trigger.
- Adjust the valve to set the flame: 1–3 cm for heat shrinking and soldering, 5–10 cm for igniting charcoal and wood.
- After work, close the valve, let the barrel cool for 2–3 minutes, remove the nozzle from the cylinder.
Barbecue grill: pass the flame 8–10 cm over the charcoal for 30–60 seconds at several points and let it ignite. Hookah: hold the charcoal with tongs, rotate over the flame for 20–30 seconds until evenly glowing. Heat shrinking and soldering: short flame, move along the part, do not hold in one place.
Safety
<span style="color: #000000;"Do not invert the canister with the nozzle downward and do not tilt sharply during operation: liquid gas enters the nozzle and flame shoots out as a torch. The barrel is hot after use — do not touch and do not place on flammable surfaces until cooled. Do not direct flame at the canister, people, animals, and flammable materials; do not use near gasoline, solvents, and aerosols. Work outdoors or in a ventilated room. Remove and attach the nozzle only with the valve closed, away from fire. Store the canister at no higher than +40 °C, away from sunlight. Do not allow children near. The nozzle is designed for collet canisters of 220 g; threaded canisters are not suitable.

Frequently asked questions
WS-503C or WS-504C?
Flame, flow rate and cylinder are the same. 503C — trigger at the bottom, plastic body, lighter and cheaper: for ignition, hookah, household use. 504C — button on the side, metal head: for workshop and frequent work. If you’re buying for the first time — 503C.
Which cylinder is suitable?
Collet 220 g — with a protrusion on the side, like for household stoves. Threaded tourist cylinders are not suitable. We have an all-season RECTOR 220 g.
Do I need to refill it?
No. The nozzle works from the cylinder, there is no internal tank. When the gas runs out — remove it, put it on a new one.
Why does the flame shoot out like a torch?
The cylinder was tilted or turned upside down, and liquid gas entered the nozzle. Keep the cylinder vertical or horizontal, do not operate the nozzle downward.
Can you solder with it?
Yes: 1300 °C is sufficient for tin solder, heat shrink tubing, wires and small diameter copper pipes. For large diameter pipes and silver solder, a more powerful burner is needed.
Does it work in frost?
The nozzle does, but there are limitations with the cartridge: butane evaporates poorly below 0 °C. Use an all-season cartridge with isobutane and keep it warm before use.
