per item:
Complex gas burner for a 220 g cartridge Kovar ZT-203 with a wind-protective lotus-shaped screen. Stainless steel petals open into a 20 cm diameter bowl: they shield the flame from wind, direct heat to the bottom of the dish and simultaneously serve as a support for a cauldron or teapot. Piezo ignition, flame regulator, three folding legs, cartridge is mounted horizontally on the side. Includes a nylon carrying case with a cord.
For open positions, shelters, camping, fishing, car and home during power outages — where a regular burner gets blown out by wind.
Features
- Wind-protective screen Ø 20 cm — even flame in the wind, faster boiling
- Petals fold inward — compact cylinder in a case
- Cartridge on the side horizontally — low center of gravity, stable on uneven ground
- Piezo ignition and smooth flame regulator
- Stainless steel screen and burner, steel body
- Weight 540 g, declared power 2.8 kW
How to use
- Unfold the legs, open the screen petals, place on a flat non-flammable surface.
- Make sure the regulator is closed, insert the 220 g cartridge into the holder until it locks.
- Slightly open the regulator, press the piezo, adjust the flame.
- After use, turn the regulator, let the burner cool down, disconnect the cartridge, fold the petals and place in the case.

Safety
Only outdoors or in a ventilated room — combustion products contain carbon monoxide; in a dugout, air intake is required, do not use in a tent. The cylinder stands next to the screen: do not place dishes wider than 20 cm and do not press the petals against the pot — if the cylinder becomes warm to the touch, reduce the flame. Do not touch the screen until it cools down. Store cylinders away from heat, no higher than +40 °C. The cylinder is not included in the kit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the screen turn blue after several uses?
This is the color variation of stainless steel from heating. It does not affect operation.
What dishes are suitable?
Mug, small pot up to 2 liters, kettle, small frying pan with a diameter of up to 18–20 cm.
ZT-202 or ZT-203?
ZT-202 is lighter and smaller — in total. ZT-203 is heavier by 120 g, but holds flame in the wind and heats faster — for open positions and cooking for a group.
