Goulash is a traditional Hungarian dish that has long become a symbol of Transcarpathia. It is a thick hearty soup made with meat, potatoes, vegetables and a large amount of aromatic spices.
Historically, goulash was prepared by shepherds in a cauldron over an open fire. Meat, vegetables, roots and spices were added to the cauldron, after which the dish was slowly simmered over the fire, acquiring a rich taste and aroma of paprika.

Open the package.
