Classic Italian Bolognese sauce is made from two types of meat — pork and beef — with the addition of tomatoes, vegetables and aromatic spices. Thanks to freeze-drying technology, the dish retains the natural taste and nutritional properties of the products.
To prepare, simply pour boiling water into the package contents directly in the packaging, stir and wait a few minutes. As a result, you get a hot, aromatic and nutritious dish.
The dish is compact, lightweight and has a long shelf life, making it an ideal solution for hiking, expeditions, tourism, military operations or emergency food supplies.
