Buckwheat porridge with meat is a classic nutritious dish in the format of freeze-dried tourist food. It provides the body with necessary energy thanks to its high content of complex carbohydrates and proteins.
Selected buckwheat groats and natural beef are used for preparation. The dish has a rich taste, rehydrates well after adding hot water and provides a prolonged feeling of fullness.

Preparation method
- Open the package.
- Pour boiling water up to mark 2 on the inner line of the package.
- Stir thoroughly.
- Close the package and wait 7–8 minutes.
